Summer Classes 2011
Weeklong sessions will consist of classes four days per week.
9:15 AM – 12:00 PM for children entering 5th, 6th or 7th grade
12:15 PM – 3:00 PM for children entering 7th, 8th or 9th grade
A maximum of 8 children will be accepted per class. The first half of class will be devoted to acting exercises, improvisations and technique; the second half will be devoted to working on monologues and/or scenes which will be handed out at the first class and performed at the last class. Students may sign up for one or more weeks.Â
Session1: Monday – Thursday; June 27 – June 30
 Session2: Tuesday – Friday; July 5 – July 8
Session3: Monday – Thursday; July 11- July 14
Session4: Monday – Thursday; August 29 – September 1 (AM SESSION ONLY)
Location: Classes will be held at So. Salem Presbyterian Church, Spring Street, So. Salem, NY
Cost: The fee for each session is $250 with a 10% discount for multiple weeks.Â

About the Instructor: Debbie Feinstein has a BFA from New York University where she attended the Tisch School of the Arts. She also studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory in NYC. She is a member of Actors Equity Association and has performed in numerous plays and musicals throughout the country. Ms. Feinstein founded and taught The Actors’ Studio for children and teens at The Ocala Civic Theater in Ocala, Florida. She was also an acting instructor at the Northern Westchester Center for the Arts in Mount Kisco, New York and a theater instructor at the Cavalier Camp at The Harvey School in Katonah, New York. Ms. Feinstein most recently has produced and directed the Lewisboro Elementary School productions of “Toy Camp†and “Fairy Tale Bits & Bytesâ€.
