JOHN JAY HOMESTEAD FARM MARKET-OPENS
To celebrate opening day, Chappaqua Chef Jen Cook of Cooking with Fire will fire up brick oven pizza in her mobile wood burning brick oven. Another highlight of this event will be The Katonah Library, who will present their summer reading program for children featuring crafts and stories.
Don’t forget to visit Croton’s own The Blue Pig’s stand for some home-made delicious ice cream, made from local fresh ingredients, while you watch a special performance of The Knox Sisters from Carmel. These sisters often use their talent to benefit charities in the area, while they both sing, Hailey, 12, plays guitar and Samantha, 10, plays guitar, ukulele, and percussion.  9:00 a.m.-1 p.m. (Rain or Shine)
