Chinese Culture Family Day

A day of fun activities introduces families to fascinating parts of traditional Chinese culture.
1:00 – 4:00 pm – On-going children’s art activities: make a lively dragon puppet invent and paint your own calligraphic banner
1:00 pm – Chinese concert with traditional Chinese musical instruments
2:00 pm – Virtual studio visit, via Skype, with children’s book author and illustrator Grace Lin
3:00 pm – Chinese Fan Dance performance
3:30 pm – Demonstration of the ancient Chinese healing arts of acupuncture & herbal medicine
1:00 – 4:00 pm –RickShaw Dumpling truck in the Sculpture Garden!
