The owner, Barbara Antes, is a professional, competitive ballroom dancer. She is also an R.N. with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University. She incorporates the physical, social and emotionally therapeutic properties of dancing into all the programs at the studio.

Westchester Ballroom also offers unique dance therapy programs for physically challenged, senior citizens, mentally and emotionally challenged. We offer instruction for Children & Adults.

Singles and couples are welcome. No partner is necessary. No contracts to sign. Competitive rates. Brand new 4,000 sq ft state of the art center for dance with sprung dance floors and multiple studios, amazing sound and lighting system.

The studio is available for rent by the hour for private functions, dance lessons or events.
