HawkWatch Festival & Green Bazaar September 22 & 23, 2012 11 am – 5 pm
Enjoy this exciting two-day nature festival at Audubon’s sanctuary in northern Greenwich – a celebration of the annual hawk migration passing overhead at Audubon Greenwich’s “Quaker Ridge Hawk Watch”. Rain or shine, enjoy live animal shows, guided hikes, nature-themed games, environmental exhibits, and lots of eco-friendly vendors who will be exhibiting on-site.
SPECIAL EVENTS SCHEDULE FEATURES:
Live “Birds of Prey” Shows @ 1:00 & 3:00 pm
Rehabilitiated Raptor Release by “Wildlife In Crisis” @ 4:00 pm
Live Music Shows @ 12:15 & 2:15 pm with Nick Marino (Sat.) and Matt Turk (Sun.)
The live bird shows are the highlight of this two-day festival! Be sure your make it for the 1:00 or 3:00 pm shows!

~ Hike to Indian Spring Pond to learn about frogs and the tiny creatures that call it home!

~ Or stroll through Audubon’s meadows, ancient apple orchard, and enjoy the solitude of a hike to Mead Lake!
Festival Admission Supports The National Audubon Society Mission & Greenwich’s Sanctuaries:
Audubon Members: $7 per person (children 3 years & under can enjoy the Festival for free)
Non-Members: $10 per person (children 3 years & under can enjoy the Festival for free)
