Call for Artists
Artists are being sought to participate in the Spring into Art event to be held at St. Patrick’s School in Bedford Village, New York on Friday, April 20, 2012.
The evening will benefit St. Patrick’s School and will include an artist gallery and sale, musical entertainment, wine, beer and light fare.
Artists are invited to submit their work including, but not limited to paintings, drawings, photographs, collages, sculptures, ceramics and jewelry. All pieces need to be priced and ready to hang and display.
Artists receive free admission to the event as well as 60% of the revenue from the sale of their work during the event.
Intent to Submit Artwork (paperwork)
deadline: March 30th, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.
Priority submission deadline (premier positioning): April 4th, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.
Please note the school is closed for vacation April 5th-13th.
Artwork can be shipped to or dropped off at the school. Shipped artwork must arrive by Wednesday, April 18th.

Drop-off dates:
Monday, April 16th – Thursday, April 19th: between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Artist will receive a check for their proceeds approximately 1 month from the date of sale.
For unsold artwork, artists will be notified of pick up dates during the week of April 23rd.
St. Patrick’s reserves the right to select the appropriate pieces for the auction. Pieces submitted before the priority deadline will receive first consideration.
